Administrative Assistant The candidate should manage telephone answering and basic office duties. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to include creating and drafting correspondence. Work with staff to manage client cases, preparing correspondence, and maintaining communication with clients and other parties involved in client matters and will be tracking/billing one's own time. Should possess excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Must be able to prioritize and manage work time, including the ability to self-start, ask questions, take direction, and efficiently and accurately multi-task assignments. Must be experienced and comfortable with fast-paced, multi-line phone systems. Should be proficient with MAC, Excel,Wechat, and typing skills. Should have strong command of the English language. Must have reliable transportation to consistently ensure prompt arrival at work. Language proficiency in English/Spanish/Chinese a plus. Paralegal experience a plus.
