Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate attorney with 4+ years of experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including some experience working on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. The candidate should have experience with general corporate matters (corporate and entity organizations, reorganizations, mergers, contract drafting, and some negotiation experience). Experience with mergers and acquisitions matters required (i.e., due diligence process, closing process, experience with key agreement terms) needed. Experience with investments and venture capital is a plus. Experience with securities offerings (public and private) is a plus. Experience managing and training junior attorneys is essential. Must have a license in Illinois or another state.
