Duties:

Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations in education law.

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and opposing counsel.
Requirements:
0–5 years of litigation experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Strong research and document drafting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
Skills:
Expertise in legal research and case preparation.
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures in state and federal courts.
Background in education law preferred but not required.
Ability to effectively negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients.
