ProfileContract Coordinator, Corporate Responsibility Program The candidate is responsible for coordinating the compliance contracting process in accordance with firm’s policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Works with CRP management and the Entity Legal Services Group (LSG) Representative, facilitates contract development and ensures that all actions have been taken as required by Legal Policy No.’s 9 and 10: assists with the coordination contract development process. Implements contracting workflows, procedures, checklists and other efficiency tools. Performs timely and accurate contract review as required. Ensures that fully executed contracts are signed and arfirmved in the contracts management system. Assists with the contracting process across the FIRM enterprise. Assists with contract intake and required approvals as part of the contracting process. Coordinates the preparation of various reports and correspondence of a technical or confidential nature. Researches issues that may impact contracts and reports results as appropriate to the Contract Administrator. Maintains the contracting system database and controls access to information. Assists with input of data into the contract database, follow up for upcoming contract renewals and expirations, distribution of contract packets, and maintenance of contract files. Participates in the review, revision, education, and implementation of contract management policies and procedures, serving as a contracts compliance resource.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Business finance, law, health care administration or related health care field is preferred. Paralegal accreditation is preferred. Should have 1-3 years of experience in health care contracting or related area. Must have good knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding physician self-referral, fraud and abuse, and tax exemption.
