Assistant Attorney General/Criminal Appeals - Attorney General's Office The candidate will be responsible for briefing and arguing appeals before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and other courts in a variety of matters including to, direct criminal appeals. Experience with a judicial clerkship and/or two years of appellate practice are preferred. Must also have an active WV license or be eligible for admission. Application deadline: 03/29/18.
