Paralegal The candidate will act as a liaison between the legal department and business stakeholders during contract and litigation matter lifecycle; Organize, maintain, administer and track Company contract and litigation files; Assist in developing legal department forms and procedures to drive efficiency; Prepare non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, cease amp; desist letters, subpoena responses, legal preservation notices, position statements, affidavits and other legal documents and correspondence for review, approval and use by attorneys; Work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects; Balance competing time and resource demands, and be adaptive to critical needs, all in a dynamic environment; and Provide high quality administrative support to attorneys to include e-discovery, document retention, scheduling, correspondence and travel. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Exceptional attention to detail; Experience with corporate and transactional matters required; familiarity with employment, litigation and/or intellectual property matters a plus. Must have Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited university or recognized program. Should have 3-5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
