Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will do part time job and possess a Bachelor's degree. Should have 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant and must be fluent in Spanish. Should have excellent writing, analytical, computer and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required. Must also have proficiency in Adobe Pro and be comfortable working with social media. Must be working with a diverse client base and includes varying levels of responsibility in areas of office administration, coordination of client intake as well as litigation and trial support. Have ability to walk short distances, lift/carry boxes of 20 to 25 lbs, bend and stoop. Should have organization skills, flexibility, close attention to detail, ability to summarize information concisely, exercise good judgment about relevant facts, and the ability to meet deadlines often under time constraints. Must preferably be a certified paralegal or equivalent experience. Knowledge of employment, labor and civil rights laws is a plus.
