Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of public company experience supporting the Board, the Corporate Secretary and assisting with SEC and exchange (NYSE/Nasdaq) filings and records. Experience with an electronic board portal, such as Diligent or BoardVantage. Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong commitment to client service. Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and take responsibility. Ability to manage time effectively, juggling multiple tasks, occasionally under time pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
Additional Qualifications: In-house experience in a corporate secretary’s office of a public company. Notary certification. Insurance industry experience preferred.
