Duties

  • Represent national and international manufacturers in product liability litigation and mass tort disputes.
  • Advise consumer brands and aviation product manufacturers in high-stakes legal matters.
  • Participate in complex, bet-the-company litigation.
  • Work closely with a team of over 70 attorneys to provide legal solutions across multiple offices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product liability law or a similar field of litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in at least one . jurisdiction.
