Duties:
Represent tribes, tribal entities, and tribal members in Native American law matters
Litigate complex commercial and construction disputes
Handle cases related to tribal sovereignty, gaming, and self-determination
Provide legal counsel on Federal Indian Law and administrative law
Conduct trial preparation, depositions, hearings, and oral arguments
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in Federal Indian Law, litigation, or administrative law
Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
Certifications:
Active bar membership in good standing

Effective oral advocacy and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
