Licensing Specialist The candidate will maintain a portfolio of Medicare and Medicaid enrollments for company owned pharmacies. Will ensure proper credentialing on all enrollments in book; respond to inquiries from Medicare and Medicaid regulators and internal stakeholders; and complete other related filings, regulatory outreach and produce reports via proprietary licensing databases. High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree or higher is highly desired. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Must have 1+ year of experience in Government Programs (Medicare/Medicaid) or transferable experience from working either within pharmacy or with a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM). Experience with MS SharePoint (document retrieval and storage) is preferred. Should be proficient with MS Word (creating and editing documents), Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry/sorting data) and Outlook (email and calendar).
