Litigation Paralegal/Secretary Duties: Gathering, reviewing, summarizing medical records, maintain trial calendar/attorneys calendar, trial prep, create summaries, prepare motions, respond to discovery demands, appeals, court filings, file maintenance, transcription, preparing correspondence, legal documents, answering telephone, assisting clients and other clerical work including filing, copying, faxing and preparing mail.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate must have 3 years’ experience, be very organized, able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong communication skills and multi-tasking skills a must. Able to meet deadlines. Must have a strong litigation background. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, WordPerfect, Lexis research, digital dictation, in addition to learning additional database and software systems.
