Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: answering phone calls and emails; making appointments and maintaining electronic calendar; frequent interaction with clients via phone and emails; generating original and modified probate and estate planning documents and forms; dictation and correspondence; e-filing Court documents; scanning; and hard copy filing. Must have 3+ years of experience as a probate legal assistant/paralegal. Experience with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney,etc. is preferred. Professional conduct and a neat, well groomed appearance and appropriate office attire will be required.
