Qualifications: Requires paralegal certificate or an equivalent level of legal training may be substituted with the approval of the COR. 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including 1+ year of experience in automated litigation support with supervisory experience, with proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys. Experience with claims management or tracking systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and time-critical claim support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities. In-depth knowledge of Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Word. Must be able to anticipate the needs of the project and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs required. Hands-on familiarity with the Government’s office and network environment, including, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, and internet and server-based databases and other applications required. Must be able to obtain a government security clearance. Highly skilled in coordinating across teams and with other Managers, Supervisors, team members, and clients.
