In-house Legal Assistant, Private Equity The candidate will be handling various aspects of the company's administrative, regulatory and legal matters. Will deal directly with the legal and compliance team, including senior attorneys, junior clerks and paralegals, as well as liaise with the all professionals on the accounting team. Manage information respecting global portfolio investments. Gather and maintain required HSR information. Perform AML and KYC reviews. Bachelors degree required. Should have 2+ years of experience, either at a large law firm, private equity, investment or financial entity with an emphasis on portfolio management. Must have experience preparing board resolutions and limited partnership documents. Should have understanding basics of fund formation and management. Must have knowledge of SEC reporting and experience with EDGAR filings, including gathering materials and assisting in preparation of 13D, 13G, Form 3, Form 4 and Form ADV. Regulatory compliance and knowledge of foreign antitrust analysis and filings required. Fluency in Portuguese, Urdu, Mandarin or other foreign languages, a plus.
