Employment Law Attorney The candidate will lead the firm in establishing an employment law department. Must have 5+ years of experience litigating wage and hour, employment discrimination and retaliation cases arising under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FLSA, the FMLA and the FCRA. Must have extensive negotiations experience and proven track record settling employment cases. Must have trial experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.
