Commercial Lending Portfolio Monitoring Administrator Responsibilities: Lends operational support to the Special Assets Group Manager by: Assisting in the monitoring and management of adversely rated loans. Reviewing loan documents to ensure its adequacy and completeness. Lending operational support with internal reviews and reporting. Assisting in the monitoring and tracking of financial information, covenant compliance and approval conditions related to adversely rated loans. Working closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure all compliance requirements and reporting requirements are completed in a timely fashion. Follows established written procedures and performs fairly routine or prescribed work. Maintaining monthly and quarterly reporting as requires Provides administrative support to all members of the Special Assets Group and performs a variety of duties some of which may be complex in nature such as: Reviewing approval documents for pricing, advance restrictions, collateral adequacy and administrative /operational requirements of the credits. Assisting the officers with operational/administrative issues. Proactively tracking loan portfolios to ensure officers are appraised of impending actions/events. Assisting and maintaining the integrity of customer’s collateral/credit files. Examining loan documents to ensure its adequacy and completeness and acts as a liaison between the Special Assets Group and Commercial Loan Operations. Accessing deposit and loan information available on the main frame and providing such information to customers, account officers, attorneys, etc. Tracking insurance and taxes on loans managed by the Special Assets Group staff. Preparing document/loan information packages to Attorney’s, consultants etc. Insuring proper and accurate payment processing. Acting as a liaison between officers and attorneys, customers, consulting groups, appraisers, etc. Assisting in the resolution of customer inquiries and problems.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: BA preferred or Associate degree with related experience. Paralegal experience strongly preferred. Commercial Banking experience (large bank preferred). Documentation Experience (interpretation of terms). Strong understanding of Bank credit products. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
