Lateral Associate - Project Finance/Transactional
The candidate will be representing lenders and financial institutions in the drafting/negotiation of documentation relating to project financing, including construction, term, and development financings. Representing infrastructure and private equity funds in M&A transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets and projects; Representing project developers and project sponsors in the drafting/negotiation of renewable energy project documents, such as EPC contracts, O&M agreements, power purchase agreements and ground and roof leases, as well as conducting due diligence of renewable energy projects and representing buyers and sellers in corporate acquisitions and dispositions. Should have 2-5 years of experience in project development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions, with a preference for renewable energy project experience. Must have an excellent academic record and strong writing and analysis skills.
