Oakland office of our client seeks a trusts and estates litigation attorney with 3+ years of quality experience in trust and estate litigation or civil litigation with a strong interest in the trust and estate litigation. The candidate will serve in the representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and nonprofit organizations in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters. Should have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and participating in court proceedings. California Bar membership is required. Must have excellent writing, research, oral advocacy, and discovery skills, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials.
