Corporate Attorney The candidate will negotiate and draft a wide variety of business/vendor contracts and other agreements. Manage and continuously improve contract administration system. Advise clients on compliance issues associated with the operation of a multistate personal lines insurance company. Manage corporate litigation. Assist, as necessary, with various employment-related situations. Manage, draft and update company policies and procedures, and provide ongoing employee training. Lead special legal projects. Conduct legal research as needed. Must have JD degree and admitted to practice law in New Jersey, with Pennsylvania and New York admissions a plus. Should have 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm and in-house, including, at minimum, insurance regulatory, contract and litigation experience. Employment law experience a plus. Ability to handle a large, complex workload, and to deliver high-quality work product routinely and in a timely fashion is needed.
