Paralegal (Litigation)
Responsibilities: General office and clerical duties, such as drafting correspondence, document organization and scheduling; Organizing and managing case files including all documents contained within each file through case file tracking systems; May be assigned a particular task within a case or work on a case from start to finish; File documents in both state and federal courts and prepare e-filing when appropriate; Trial/Arbitration/Mediation preparation; Communicate effectively and productively with individuals in all roles, internal and external. A Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Litigation is required. Must have 3+ years’ work experience as a Florida paralegal. Construction litigation experience preferred. Experience in Blue-Booking/Cite-Checking, Relativity, TextMap, Case Map and/or Epiq a plus.

You all are doing a great job. I've heard some things that I know are obvious lies, but that's expected. Everyone can't be privy to everything.

Pros : There are so many great people working here. They are willing to share knowledge and help each other. The office tries to keep staff mingling and involved by frequent appreciation events. There is also a great benefits package.
Cons : You have to pay for your own parking. The firm has paid spots available in the building, but they are reserved for attorneys. Although most people agree the pay is good, let them make you an offer. This is not necessarily unique to this company, though. If you unknowingly low-ball yourself, they will accept it.
