Restructuring Associate
The candidate should have restructuring experience including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Candidates should be capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once and should be able to work collaboratively within a team. The candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm and/or clerkship experience preferred. Must be a 3rd – 5th year associate to join our Restructuring group
