Content Manager- Labor and Employment The candidate will develop, edit, and/or write practical guidance on how to conduct tasks and analyze issues relevant to labor and employment law. Draft, review, and annotate relevant forms and checklists. Manage internal editors and external authors to ensure timely delivery of content. Help deliver a compelling and all-purpose practical guidance legal product offering across targeted markets as a member of a multi-disciplined team of content developers, product planners, external consultants, and marketing and sales reps. Make recommendations concerning overall content strategy and expansion. Monitor trends in the labor and employment sphere. Assist in delivering customer facing messaging/marketing, sales, and customer training/customer service. Must have Law degree from an accredited law school and active Bar membership in good standing. Should have 5+ years of experience as a labor and employment attorney. Significant substantive experience in both labor & employment litigation and employment counseling is required. Experience with drafting or editing legal practical guidance or client alerts is a plus. Experience with unions / labor management relations is desired. Experience with business immigration is helpful. Experience with labor & employment aspects of M&A / corporate transactions is preferred. Comfortable working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and in conducting online research is essential.
