Executive Assistant Responsibilities: Maintain high level of confidentiality. Flexible for overtime. Extensive monthly billing. Interface with Clients and Senior Management. Work with Firm management and Partners at Executive level Contacts and calendars Meeting/Conference/Appointment scheduling and resolve scheduling conflicts Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel Proactively manage incoming/outgoing communications, including mail, calls, email, etc.. Logistical preparation for meetings, including conference room, meals, liaising with IT, reminders to team. Assist attorneys with time management to keep team running smoothly and efficiently. Organization of information, work, and physical space. Additional duties as requested.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. 5 years of law firm experience, partner level (litigation preferred). 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant. Strong initiative and ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent client liaison, customer service skills. Efficient, self-motivated, and flexible. Utmost discretion in all aspects of the job, both business and personal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Attorney billing. Travel arrangements, calendaring. Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to changing conditions. Proficiency in MS Word 2010, Outlook, and FileSite or iManage. Knowledge of Adherent or Elite a plus. Strong work ethic with positive, upbeat attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
