Legal Assistant The candidate will work with drafts of estate planning documents, probate pleadings, trust administration documents, fiduciary accountings and estate tax returns. Will file management and other clerical duties. Corresponding with clients in writing, telephonically and in person. Participation in client meeting, estate plan signings and corresponding with the Clerk’s office. Must have 1+ year of relevant experience. Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information is needed. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, document management software and the ability to learn new software. Familiarity with PC Law software is a plus. Must have understanding of estate planning, probate and trust administration. Proficiency with the Florida e-filing process is needed.
