Administrative Assistant Duties: Provide administrative support for patent team of attorneys, paralegals and legal administrative assistants as needed. Open client files. Draft form letters. Process attorney reimbursements. Enter and finalize time entry. Monitor attorney inbox and electronically file client matters. Make travel, restaurant and hotel arrangements. Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms. Review, organize, sort and distribute daily mail on numerous client matters. Provide quality, responsive customer service to clients and co-workers.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Four-year college degree preferably in business or related field. 1 year experience working in an office or law firm setting preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy; excellent grammar, proofreading and communication skills; organizational ability. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite.
