Administrative/Technical Specialist, NT 4 Duties: The candidate will serve as an administrative/technical specialist in the Maintenance and Life Cycle Branch within the Guns Division in the Systems Integration Department. Will apply Integrated Logistics Support principles, concepts, and methodologies to a variety of difficult and complex Integrated Logistics Support development efforts across various programs and projects. Tailor logistics processes, procedures and practices to meet project needs and address emergent problems as they arise. Prepare, formulate and maintain provisioning and supply-support related planning documents. Identify provisioning or supply-support planning and execution deficiencies and implement resolutions to ensure adequate support. Deliver presentations or briefings to management in order to convey logistics information, policy changes or recommendations.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: The candidate should have 1+ year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 pay band (GS-09/10 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing integrated logistics or provisioning support for the lifecycle phases of weapon systems or equipment.
OR
Should have successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Should have successful completion of 3- full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
Should have successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR

A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience is essential.
