ProfileContract Administrator II The candidate will create initial drafts of contract documents for internal approval. Will apply agreed upon edits, manage document version control and redline process. Report contract status and progress in support of negotiations. Research previous agreements and MSAs to ensure appropriate references. Update contract template repository with templates provided by Legal (keep current, update repository). Maintain library of required regulatory, technology and compliance provisions provided by Legal or Compliance. Review and support contract renewal status. Paralegal certification required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Should have 1-3 years of experience in contract administration. Must have understanding aspects of the contracting process and contract requirements. Should have working knowledge of standard commercial contract terms and conditions. Fundamental understanding of project management required. Must be proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, fluency in Excel. Sourcing experience helpful. Experience with IT technologies contracting helpful.
