Paralegal The candidate will review and maintain all agreements entered into by the company. Will assist and maintain corporate records. Participate in the development of corporate policies, procedures and programs. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining required results. Evaluates tools, decisions, and results of the contract review processes in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of contract administration. Maintain files for contracts which will include original relevant correspondence, including changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules. Structure, draft, oversee and review reports and other legal documents. Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA’s Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies. Should have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have JD from an ABA accredited institution, Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Should have 1-3 years of experience in a Law Firm or Insurance environment. Must have 1–3 years of experienie in Contract Reviewing.
