Voting Rights Staff Attorney The candidate will be an integral part of Voting Rights team. The attorney will be supervised by Voting Rights Program Director. Will work on matters within company’s Voting Rights Program, focusing on litigation and advocacy efforts to modernize voter registration in the state and to protect against suppression efforts by state and private actors. This position will involve significant responsibility in litigation. The position requires some travel. Should have 5 years post-J.D. experience (e., graduation date of 2012 or earlier), with significant litigation experience. Must have demonstrated ability to manage a litigation docket. Strong basis in voting rights and civil rights law are needed. Spanish language skills are a plus. Strong Texas ties are a plus. Deadline: 16-2-2018.
