Profile

Temporary Corporate / Contracts Paralegal The candidate will negotiate contract terms and maintain documentation of changes. Will communicate contractual changes to all stakeholders (internal/external). Ensure that contracts are thoroughly reviewed for legal, compliance, risk management, tax and accounting issues prior to submitting for internal approvals. Manage extensions/renewals. Manage contract requests and processes to ensure efficient business productivity. Provide excellent internal client services. Ensure compliance program adherence and reinforcement with internal clients. Maintain and manage contract database. Must have Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Should have knowledge, understanding of commercial contracts. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be proficient in Word and Adobe. Should be familiar with Excel, DocuSign, and PowerPoint. Experience in Pharma/Biotech or other fast-paced environment is desired.
