Corporate Responsibility, Government Relations: Asset Wealth Management The candidate' must be an experienced professional, preferably with a background in regulation or regulatory policy, to support JPMC’s Asset Management and Wealth Management lines of business (together, AWM) on emerging regulatory and public policy issues in the US and globally. Key responsibilities: Identifying emerging regulatory policy issues affecting AWM, and proactively keeping AWM stakeholders informed of developments; Preparing textual and impact analysis of relevant federal rulemakings and policy proposals; Working closely with senior business leaders, the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs, Government Relations, and other partners to define AWM regulatory policy priorities. Leading working groups within AWM to develop policy positions on priority issues; Coordinating across JPMC to communicate AWM’s views, develop advocacy strategies, and ensure that AWM perspectives are represented in firmwide communications and advocacy efforts; Engaging externally with trade associations, regulators and policymakers, to communicate policy positions and execute advocacy strategies; Ensuring business visibility into proposed rules and forthcoming regulatory changes, and ensuring handoff to internal implementation leads as rules become final; Should have 6-10 years of experience in regulatory law, consulting, strategy, public policy, advocacy, or a related field; Must have working knowledge of financial services regulation and public policy; familiarity with asset management and/or wealth management businesses preferred.
