Part-Time, Temporary Trademark Paralegal Duties: Perform database and Internet searches in support of clearance and opinion work of attorneys. Order, review, and analyze full reports to assist attorneys in clearance and opinion work. Document and track search results and work with attorneys on next steps. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Bachelor or Associate degree in paralegal or legal studies from a regionally accredited college or university required (exemplary experience may be substituted for this requirement). NALA Certification or NFPA Registration highly desired, advanced certification in Intellectual Property is a bonus. Requires 5+ years of experience in trademark clearance research. Requires a strong understanding of the trademark registration, policing, and challenge processes. Requires strong attention to detail. Requires self-motivation. Requires the ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere. Requires the ability to multi-task independently under deadlines . Requires a high level of computer literacy, including but not limited to proficiency in the complete Office Suite, Outlook, PDF programs, and document file management systems. Must be a team player who responds well to constructive feedback and adjusts accordingly.
