Review:

"It Could Be Better"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

Continue to treat employees well, but find a way to have the benefits reflect your appreciation. This firm does really well and would suffer if it lost great employees due to better offers.

Pros : This firm respects its employees and is great at providing verbal praise. I enjoy my colleagues and feel as though we make a good team.
Cons : This firm unfortunately does not provide the benefits that I am ideally wanting over the course of my career. The pay is lower than what many of my attorney friends make.
