Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Experience in family immigration law (Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, Asylum, U-Visas, VAWA, Consular Processing, Removal Proceedings, DACA, Waivers) preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois (in good standing).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Illinois State Bar license (required).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in family immigration law and case management.
  • Strong legal research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (conversational, reading, and writing).
