Corporate Paralegal- Contracts Duties: Provides high level support for legal services by performing the following duties. Manage corporate minute books and coordinate SEC filing. Review and analyze contracts including vendor contracts, distributor contracts, branding contracts, ATM merchant contracts and licensing agreements for various departments. Draft original contracts and amendments for existing merchants, new merchants and distributors from information provided by sales and marketing. Draft termination letters for vendors and merchants. Research and respond appropriately with supporting data/documentation to questions, disputes and claims from merchants, dealers and other 3rd parties. Respond to various requests from Cardtronicsâ€™ departments for information and analysis. Continually update form contracts with new clauses as issues arise.
Qualification and Experience
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelorâ€™s degree required. Paralegal certificate preferred. 5 + years legal experience. Able to deal with confidential information in a professional manner. SEC filing experience preferred Highly detail oriented. Strong time management and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and Word. Good typing skills. Knowledge of formats for a variety of legal documents. Knowledge of litigation issues, legal processes, procedures and terminology. Ability to perform legal research and critically analyze documents and contracts. Ability to draft contracts and amendments for the ATM industry. Ability to supervise and guide others. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
