Legal Project Assistant The candidate will assist two executives with daily projects and meetings, regular firm meetings (i.e. coordinate, distribute meeting agendas, finalize meeting minutes, etc.), maintain training materials current, management of special industry events (i.e. registration, travel, marketing materials, prospect lists, etc.), assist with firm website initiative, maintain industry site memberships and other administrative duties as assigned. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related degree. Should preferably have 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a legal setting is a plus. Must have a stable work history. Excellent communication skills is needed. Ability to provide writing and/or marketing samples demonstrating excellent work experience is must. Solid experience using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter is essential. Knowledge of Photoshop and digital editing tools is a plus.
