ProfileAttorney I The candidate will be responsible for preparation and presentation of cases for trial, and entering of pleas in both felony and misdemeanor cases in Superior Court. Under supervision of the supervising attorney, the chosen candidate will also be responsible for conducting legal research, including researching precedents in cases, preparation and dissemination of complex documents, pleadings compilation, orders, etc. A willingness to handle juvenile cases is a plus. Bilingual is an asset. Must be a current member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. Should have JD degree from an accredited college or university AND license to practice law in the State of Georgia OR eligibility to sit for the next Georgia Bar examination OR reciprocity (must obtain Law License).
