Duties:

• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process.
• Stay updated on immigration law developments and apply relevant knowledge to cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for drafting legal documents and advocating for clients.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on providing compassionate and effective representation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law, preferably in the state of Nevada.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and case management.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
