Garden City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial litigation associate attorney with 1+ years of experience in pre-trial litigation. The candidate will assist in providing legal counsel to the clients. Will work closely with the team of experienced attorneys, conduct legal research, draft documents, communicate with clients and maintain client files. Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action. Pre-trial litigation such as drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits and settlement agreements, and court appearances. Conduct Legal Research. Admitted to NYS Bar essential. Excellent writing skills are essential.
