Paralegal Specialist The candidate will research and analyze European trade and commerce laws, as well as international law sources, including court decisions, statutes, legal articles and opinions, treaties, and legal codes to determine legal rights, obligations, and privileges of legal entities and individuals in various European countries. Assist attorneys with research to determine feasibility of transaction with European entities and individuals. Prepare legal documents regarding findings, such as briefs, legal memoranda, statements of issues involved in transactions and cases, contracts, acquisition and buy-sell agreements, and deeds for review, approval, and use by the attorneys. International trade and transactions are emphasized. Responsible for legal analysis and drafting. Assist attorneys in transaction closings and court proceedings. Keep abreast of changes in commerce and trade laws of European countries as well as private international laws and inform attorneys when transactions are effected by such changes. Bachelor in Laws or Paralegal Studies and 2 years full-time experience is needed.
