Keep your finger on the pulse of staff. Be sure they are happy, and the same is true with junior lawyers. Love that you reward entrepreneurs.Pros : I started as an associate at a large law firm. Was there and made partner. It was not a nice place but I refused to quit. I am now at Fisher Phillips as a woman partner. Respectful, smart, lots of women, and we care. I love it. I haven’t been here long but I couldn’t be happier, nor could the crew I brought, and as law firms go this one is exceptional, so far. Law firms are all about the people. The people here are awesome.
