Part Time Documentation Analyst - Capital Markets The candidate will be responsible for processing and maintaining the required regulatory documentation and client data for using one of the Fifth Third Financial Risk Management products. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers, colleagues, and ensure thatactions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. Enter client data and save client documents in bank approved IT system(s) in compliance with regulatory and recordkeeping requirements. Maintain and update client profile information in IT systems as needed. Assist the Client Onboarding Analysts by collecting, reviewing and validating client regulatory documents. Monitor KRIs/KPIs and associated SLAs to minimize risk to bank. Become familiar with applicable regulatory requirements, specifically focused on documents and client information that the bank is required to have on file to comply with Dodd Frank Title VII, Volcker Rule, EMIR, Canadian Reporting Rules, and FATCA. Create scheduled and ad-hoc informative reports for internal groups, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Line of Business, Credit, Operations and Audit. Ensure maintenance of client on-boarding and documentation group policies and procedures, specifically focused on any updates due to changes in IT systems and/or regulatory requirements. Assist on ad-hoc and scheduled projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of on-boarding and documentation procedures and related processes to enhance the bank's capital markets businesses with little to no supervision. Should preferably have 1+ years of capital markets/investment products, compliance, legal or paralegal experience. Must have BA or equivalent work experience. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required. Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Office programs is must. Experience with capital markets related platforms is a plus. Basic knowledge of derivative products is desired.
