I'd like to see improved communication between the front desk staff and the attorney's. I think that management should get on top of this problem ASAP.
Pros : The cases are very interesting at this firm and work never feels dull. Everyone is also very accommodating and helpful. The starting salary is great as well.Cons : The front desk staff including the secretaries can be difficult to work with and work around. There tends to be poor communication between front desk staff and the attorney's.
