Profile

Litigation Secretary
The candidate will be handle a heavy workload including document preparation, formatting, and editing. Take ownership in management of electronic calendaring for attorneys’ appearances and deadlines to ensure deadlines are met and attorneys are able to be as productive as possible. This includes manually calculating dates and knowing how to determine what they are. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality. Immediate working knowledge of computer programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and internet, with ability to follow firm’s style and procedures. Immediate working knowledge of California Courts and Federal rules and/or ability to know where to look to find them required. Advanced keyboarding skills required. 3+ years’ experience in civil litigation. Appellate experience helpful. Paralegal certificate helpful. Submit your resume and cover letter.
