The ideal candidate will handle complex cases involving family-based immigration, waivers, asylum, and removal proceedings. Daily interactions with clients from around the world, attendance at immigration hearings and interviews in Massachusetts, and a commitment to excellence in legal representation are essential. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Duties:

  • Manage an existing caseload of complex immigration cases.
  • Handle all aspects of family-based immigration, waivers, asylum, and removal proceedings.
