Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong background in managing case dockets, conducting depositions, and appearing in both state and federal courts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and top-quality work products for clients.
  • Meet deadlines, manage expectations, and fulfill work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as necessary, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
  • 3-6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Preferred experience conducting and defending depositions, managing case dockets, and appearing in court.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Background in finance or accounting is a plus.
