Grand Rapids office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate/mergers and acquisitions associate attorney with experience. The candidate will provide high-level support, and leadership as appropriate, for all aspects of M&A and business transactions, including due diligence, drafting agreements and checklists, preparing and organizing closing documents, and coordinating closing and post-closing activities. Will coordinate internal and client work teams related to the M&A process. Facilitate open lines of communication and maintain close working relationships with internal team members, client team, opposing counsel, and other outside parties throughout the transaction process. Attend to or assist with other Corporate/M&A group-related tasks as assigned. Must preferably have a Michigan Bar license in good standing (will consider highly qualified out-of-state candidates who are able to become licensed in Michigan).
