Customer Care Manager
The candidate facilitate and/ or manage all aspects of vehicle repurchase evaluation. Ensures Customer Satisfaction by managing vehicle repurchase responsibilities including evaluations and decisions. Represents firm in legal activities related to vehicle repurchase transactions. Improve Customer Satisfaction through the identification of opportunities and deficiencies with vehicle sales, service and repurchase processes and implementation of action plans with Market Teams to effectuate change with dealers. Serves as primary Regional subject matter expert on all vehicle repurchase topics, acting as liaison with dealers and corporate colleagues to communicate and disseminate policies, processes and information and provide feedback to the region, market teams and dealers. Analyzes data and reports and prepares summaries for firm’s Legal Department, Regional Management and other departments on actions and results as necessary.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in: Business Administration; Business Management; Finance; Marketing. Must have 8 years (total) of experience in the following: Administration Proficient Knowledge of administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures. Should have automotive-Retail Comprehensive Knowledge of retail processes and procedures, with emphasis in New and Pre-owned sales, accessories, service and parts.
Business - General Comprehensive Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization. Must have sales Proficient Knowledge of selling processes, procedures and techniques used by the industry to create a positive customer experience and encourage repeat business.Paralegal experience preferred.
