Paralegal The candidate will review and index document productions; draft and manage discovery; manage case management matrix. Will review and summarize medical records; prepare, serve and manage subpoenas; research social media civil and criminal backgrounds; manage key documents for witness interviews, deposition and trials; and assist with deposition, trial and mediation preparation. Should have 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Extensive computer, software and database expertise is strongly desired. Document management software, Pacer, Alacourt, and Westlaw experience is required. Must be extremely detail oriented, effectively manage multiple deadlines, and be a dependable team player with the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational skills, strong writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail are required. A Paralegal certificate and/or college degree is strongly preferred.
